DNA vaccines have prevented anaphylaxis in several models of murine allergy. The mechanisms of prevention are still unclear. In this chapter we describe different immunization protocols with a focus on those that may have induced immunoregulation. This analysis will unravel some of the elements that play key roles in the downregulation of atopic reactions.
